Important Notes :

  • MultiCharts will not support incremental data download so in case any gap is noticed in the chart (especially after restarting MultiCharts after a gap or at the time of internet disconnection / reconnection), you are advised to ‘reload all data’ (From ‘View’ Menu – CTRL+R).
  • Everytime MultiCharts is started, it will download 1month’s historical data in 1min format from our data  server.
  • We have tested our datafeed with current version of MultiCharts i.e. version 9.0 Release (Build 10359) and found working satisfactorily. If you are using any other version, please do check thoroughly. In case of any issues, please write to us at support@globaldatafeeds.in
