Chart Display Theme : You may choose Black OR White.


Show System Title : This is a toggle switch. It displays / hides System Title - All-in-one Trading System - in the Chart.







Alerts :

Audio / text Alerts : If yes, it gives audio alerts (through external speakers) and text alerts through AmiBroker's Alert Window (If the Window is not visible, select menu View>>Alert Output).


Alert in Human Voice : If yes, it gives Alert in Human Voice through external speakers.

 If you are getting OleException in AmiBroker when you click on any candle which should trigger audio alerts, it means that either the sound card is not installed on your computer OR it is not installed correctly. In such a case, turn these settings off i.e. set them to NO.


Display values in Box : If yes, displays current position (if any), price at which position is taken, current market price (updated every tick) and profit / loss (updated every tick).


  To ensure that you receive all audible alerts / text alerts and correct values in the box, the “Focus in AmiBroker” has to be on the last candle. Focus means selection. Just ensure that you have not selected any other previous candle.


Box Location : Depending on your convenience, you may choose top left / top right / bottom left or bottom right.


Box Background Colour : The colour for background of the box where values are displayed.


Hide Box behind Chart : If yes, candles are shown on top of the box if they overlap each other or vice versa.






Money Management Settings :

Show Equity : If yes, shows Equity Curve line in pink colour in the Chart.


  Equity Curve depends on the settings done in the Analysis>>Automatic Analysis>>Settings window. Ensure that your settings are correct. Please refer to AmiBroker User Guide for more help.


Margin Required : Used while calculating returns, does not affect signals


Lot Size : This will not affect the signals or stoploss level but will show increased / decreased profit / loss value.


No. of lots normally traded : This will not affect the signals or stoploss level but will show increased / decreased profit / loss value


  While using this Trading System for trading Equity (and not Futures), you may make value of No. of lots traded to be 1 and lot size equal to total no. of shares purchased.






Dynamic Support Resistance :

Show Support / Resistance : If yes, shows Support / Resistances at the extreme right hand side candles.


How many Support-Resistance to Show ? : If you choose 2, 2 supports and 2 resistances are shown.


Support / Resistance Volatility : Increase value to see distant supports-resistances, lower the value to see immediate supports and resistances. For visibility only, does not affect trading.


Support Line Colour / Support Line Style / Resistance Line Colour / Resistance Line Style : You may choose any colour of your choice for the Support / Resistance Lines and choose any style (thick, dashed, etc.) for them.


  During live market, Support / Resistance lines are programmed to swap the colours dynamically if the closing price goes above / below them (changing support to resistance and vice versa).






Volume Selector :

Show Volume : Volume will be shown if Yes.


Volume Display Mode : You may choose any of the following : Normal Volume / Coloured Volume / Volume at Price (VAP) / Volume at Price (grouped) / Volume at Price + Volume / Volume at Price + Coloured Volume / Volume at Price (grouped) + Volume / Volume at Price (grouped) + Coloured Volume / Customized VAP / Candles


Number of Candles for Customized VAP : This is a special volume display function in which, Volume at Price is displayed for any number of candles as per your choice.






Common Settings for Buy / Sell / Short / Cover :

Show Buy / Sell / Short / Cover Arrows : Shows / hides arrows on Charts. Disabling visibility of this parameter DOES NOT stop audible alerts (if turned ON) as well as text alerts in Alert Window / human voice alerts.


Take Entry / Exit on first Bar : If yes and there are any signals on the first bar of the day, entry / exit signals will be shown, else ignored.


Close Daily Position : If yes, closes daily position and takes fresh positions on next day.


If yes, exit on candle no. : If "Close Daily Position" is yes then open positions (if any) are closed on the candle no. as chosen here.


  Candle numbers are calculated from start of the day starting from zero. For example, if you are viewing 5 minute timeframe and you wish to close your position at 3:15, you will choose candle no. 74 (assuming the Stock Market begins at 9AM). To close your position at 3PM, choose candle no. 71, and so on.

Explorations :


These settings will show results in Explorations (menu Analysis>>Automatic Analysis>>Explore). In order to see correct signals, please ensure that you make correct settings in the Parameters Window of the Automatic Analysis, as shown below. The Settings made in the Chart Parameters Window (by rightclicking on the Chart) are not considered for the Automatic Analysis.

Show Top Gainers / Losers : If yes, Top Gainers and Losers are shown in the Exploration Window.


% Value for Top Gainers : This value is considered for determining top Gainers. For example, if this value is 5 then all stocks whose current value is higher than at least 5% than the closing value for the first candle of that day, are shown in the result.


% Value for Top Losers : This value is considered for determining top Losers . For example, if this value is 5 then all stocks whose current value is less than at least 5% than the closing value for the first candle of that day, are shown in the Result.


Show Stocks with increase in volume : If yes, stocks with volume breakouts are shown in Results.


Min. change in % for volume breakouts : For volume breakouts, volume of the current candle is compared with volume of previous candle. If current candle volume is higher by at least this value (in %), the stock will be shown in the Results.


Show Stocks Closing above / below threshold MA : If yes then stocks whose current close is above / below their thrshold MA (Moving Average) are shown in Results.


Up MA Threshold Period : Stocks closing above their threshold MA of this value are shown. For example, if this value is 12 then all those stocks whose current close is above their 12 period MA are shown in the Results.


Down MA Threshold Period : Stocks closing below their threshold MA of this value are shown. For example, if this value is 12 then all those stocks whose current close is below their 12 period MA are shown in the Results.


Show Stocks Closing above / below threshold EMA : If yes then stocks whose current close is above / below their thrshold EMA (Exponential Moving Average) are shown in Results.


Up EMA Threshold Period : Stocks closing above their threshold EMA of this value are shown. For example, if this value is 12 then all those stocks whose current close is above their 12 period EMA are shown in the Results.


Down EMA Threshold Period : Stocks closing below their threshold EMA of this value are shown. For example, if this value is 12 then all those stocks whose current close is below their 12 period EMA are shown in the Results.


  Typically, Exploration is used during the live market, to know which scrips are currently matching the criteria. In order to achieve this, "Range" is typically selected as "n last days" or "n last quotations" and value for n is kept as 1. "Run Every" check box is also checked and corresponding text box is entered with periodicity of Exploration, typically timframe of your chart. See typical Settings Screenshot below.
