How Expiry Date of the Realtime Data Subscription is Calculated ?
  • Subscription for the datafeed is based on number of calendar days - like 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days and 365 days. For example, if you subscribe for 1 month on 1st January 2012, the expiry date will be 30th January 2012 (and not 31st January).

  • Expiry date means the date upto which (midnight 11:59PM) your subscription is valid. Going with the same example above, you will be able to access market data on 30th January upto 11:59PM.

  • For new users, subscription starts from the date of payment and is valid as per the subscription period chosen by them.

  • For existing users, subscription starts from the next day of the expiry of their existing subscription and is valid as per the subscription period chosen by them. Please note that you need to use same email id (which is registered with us) while making online payment OR mention your user id / registered email id while submitting offline payment details - so that we can correctly identify you and make necessary extensions.
